After 14 years at Grupo Alfa in corporate areas, he ventured into the stock market for 15 years where he was responsible for share placements, private and government stock debt issues, and securitizations. Later he served as Finance Director for 12 years in Tourism, Financial Leasing and Information Technology companies and currently participates in Finestra Blu as a partner, helping companies improve their practices related to corporate governance.
Knowledge of the financial and stock market environment, the functioning of financial institutions and the finances of private companies, also allows him to offer specialized advice on these topics.
His extensive professional career has earned him the status of Independent Director since 2006, participating in different companies and occasionally chairing the Audit Committee.
As a businessman, he heads a group of investors in ventures within the food and beverage sector.

He is a partner at Finestra Blue, where he contributes his knowledge associated with Corporate Governance and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues.
He has been an Independent Director of various companies since 2011, including Barclays Bank México, where he has participated in the Audit and Corporate Practices Committees with emphasis on Business Risk Management and Internal Control.
He is a lecturer, columnist and expert academic and leader of the Sustainability and Corporate Governance (ASG) program at ITAM, teaching executive and postgraduate courses on these topics.
He is a Public Accountant from ITAM and has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from IPADE.

He has a professional career of more than 36 years in Financial Institutions, such as The Chase Manhattan Bank and Banco Nacional de México, where he held various management positions.
He stands out for his expert knowledge in the regulatory framework of Mexican commercial banking, in the management of credit and financing products for companies and in the implementation of best practices in credit and risk processes. He has proven financial analysis and strategic planning skills and has stood out for his leadership and management skills of high-performance work teams.
He currently participates as a partner in Finestra Blu, where he puts into practice all the experience acquired from him.
He is an Independent Director and president of the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Banco KEB Hana México. He additionally chairs the Board of Directors of a private company and is an independent associate of Rhisco Solutions.
He has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana and attended the “Members of the Board in Action” program at IPADE.

He was an Inside Director of a health-tech company, and currently participates as an Independent Director at a leasing company, where he additionally is a member of its Credit Committee.

He started as a related Board of Directors in a credit insurer and as an Independent Director he has participated in a non-banking financial intermediary, in a Fintech and in an economic-financial analysis company.
Vast experience in the design and implementation of financial products, vehicles and structures.

FINESTRABLU as the controller and/or through its managers may process your Personal Data for various purposes, however these will be used for the purpose for which you made your Personal Data known to us and/or for the purpose that from time to time may be required by the relationship that FINESTRABLU has with you, that is to say, in an enunciative way, in order to give you adequate and personalized advice, establish a service relationship and provide you with our services, as well as in the event that you wish to participate in a process of recruitment and selection, to establish contact, to inform you of our publications and newsletters, among others.
In addition, FINESTRABLU may transfer your Personal Data to third parties with whom it maintains a relationship, the foregoing solely and exclusively to comply with the purposes for which it made your Personal Data known to us, as well as in the cases provided for by Law. Likewise, the Owner is informed that the Controller has adopted security measures to protect Personal Data, including measures to prevent loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access or theft of Personal Data.
The processing of Personal Data will be carried out for as long as necessary for the Controller and/or the Owner to comply with the purposes for which they were obtained, transferred or made available to FINESTRABLU.
6.1 The Owner of the Personal Data or, where appropriate, his legal representative, will have the right of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition (the “ARCO Rights”) in accordance with the provisions of the Law.
6.2 The authorization for the processing of Personal Data will be revocable at any time by its Owner or, where appropriate, its legal representative.
6.3 To make the ARCO Rights effective, as well as the right to revoke your consent, the Owner of the Personal Data must: (a) communicate to FINESTRABLU your request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition, or, where applicable, the revocation of the consent. consent, in writing addressed to the following email address contacto@finestrablu.com and/or to, Av. 6.5 FINESTRABLU will notify the Owner, within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) business days from the date on which it received the corresponding duly integrated request, of the determination adopted, so that, if appropriate, it is made effective within 15 (fifteen) business days following the date on which the response is communicated to the Owner. In accordance with the provisions of the Law, the aforementioned deadlines may be extended only once for an equal period, as long as the circumstances of the case justify it.
This Privacy Notice may be modified by means of a simple written notice that the Controller addresses to the Owner of the Personal Data or by publishing the corresponding modification on the FinestraBlu.com Site with at least 30 (thirty) calendar days in advance. as of the effective date of the modification.

Finestra Blu, S.C. (“FINESTRABLU” y/o “Responsable”) con domicilio en, Av. Cd. Universitaria 286-1, Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, 01900, CDMX, pone a su disposición el presente Aviso de Privacidad previo al tratamiento de sus datos personales, lo anterior a efecto de garantizar su privacidad y su derecho a la autodeterminación informativa mediante el tratamiento legítimo, controlado e informado de sus datos personales en términos de la Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (la “Ley”).
Para efectos de los servicios que le brinda FINESTRABLU, es necesario que nos proporcione diversos datos (conjuntamente denominados como los “Datos Personales”), como podrían ser los siguientes:
Datos generales para su identificación: nombre, domicilio particular, fecha y lugar de nacimiento, estado civil, número de teléfono fijo y/o móvil y correo electrónico, clave única del registro de población.

Para efectos de claridad, FINESTRABLU no recabará datos sensibles, cuyo término se define en la Ley.
FINESTRABLU como responsable y/o a través de sus encargados podrá tratar sus Datos Personales para diversos fines, sin embargo éstos serán utilizados para el objeto para el cual Usted hizo de nuestro conocimiento sus Datos Personales y/o para el objeto que de tiempo en tiempo se requieran por la relación que FINESTRABLU tenga con Usted, es decir de manera enunciativa, con el objeto de darle una asesoría adecuada y personalizada, establecer una relación de servicios y proveerle de nuestros servicios, así como en caso que Usted desee participar en un proceso de reclutamiento y selección, para establecer contacto, para hacer de su conocimiento nuestras publicaciones y boletines, entre otros.
Además, FINESTRABLU podrá transferir sus Datos Personales a terceros con los que mantenga una relación, lo anterior única y exclusivamente para cumplir con los fines para los cuales hizo de nuestro conocimiento sus Datos Personales, así como en los casos previstos en la Ley. FINESTRABLU tomará las medidas que sean necesarias y suficientes para garantizar que este Aviso de Privacidad sea respetado en todo momento por él o los terceros que los reciban.
El Titular de los Datos Personales y/o su representante y/o en su caso el padre, tutor o representante de un menor o incapaz, según sea el caso, expresamente autoriza a FINESTRABLU para que lleve a cabo la obtención, acceso, uso, aprovechamiento, divulgación, transferencia, disposición y/o almacenamiento de los Datos Personales que FINESTRABLU obtenga mediante la divulgación voluntaria de sus Datos Personales o de cualquier otro formato o documento.
Para efectos de claridad: (a) el consentimiento se entiende expreso cuando la voluntad se manifieste verbalmente, por escrito, por medios electrónicos, ópticos o por cualquier otra tecnología, o por signos inequívocos; y (b) el consentimiento se entiende tácito cuando habiéndose puesto a su disposición el presente Aviso de Privacidad, Usted no hubiese manifestado su oposición.
FINESTRABLU mantendrá los Datos Personales en estricta confidencialidad y no divulgará, ni revelará los Datos Personales a personas distintas al Responsable, sus socios, sus administradores, gerentes, empleados y apoderados, sus consultores, contrapartes en contratos bilaterales y multilaterales y representantes, así como sus Afiliadas, incluyendo los socios o accionistas, administradores, gerentes, empleados, apoderados, consultores y representantes de dichas empresas, lo anterior sin contar con el previo consentimiento otorgado por escrito de su Titular.
La obligación de confidencialidad no será aplicable a: (i) información que sea del dominio público, que sea pública o que obre en fuentes de acceso público como dicho término se define en la Ley; (ii) información que resulte evidente, incluyendo para un técnico en la materia; (iii) información que previamente a su divulgación ya obre en poder del Responsable o de cualquiera de las personas a que se refiere el párrafo anterior o haya sido desarrollada independientemente por el Responsable o por dichas personas; o (iv) información que deba ser divulgada por disposición legal, orden judicial o de autoridad competente. Asimismo, se informa al Titular que el Responsable ha adoptado medidas de seguridad para la protección de los Datos Personales, incluyendo medidas para evitar la pérdida, mal uso, alteración, acceso no autorizado o robo de los Datos Personales.
El tratamiento de los Datos Personales se llevará a cabo por todo el tiempo que sea necesario para que el Responsable y/o el Titular cumplan con los fines para los cuales fueron obtenidos, transferidos o puestos a disposición de FINESTRABLU.
6.1 El Titular de los Datos Personales o en su caso su representante legal, tendrá el derecho de acceso, rectificación, cancelación u oposición (los “Derechos ARCO”) de conformidad con lo dispuesto por la Ley.
6.2 La autorización para el tratamiento de Datos Personales será revocable en cualquier momento por su Titular o en su caso su representante legal.
6.3 Para hacer efectivos los Derechos ARCO, así como el derecho a revocar su consentimiento, el Titular de los Datos Personales deberá: (a) comunicar a FINESTRABLU su solicitud de acceso, rectificación, cancelación u oposición, o en su caso, la revocación del consentimiento, mediante escrito dirigido a la siguiente dirección de correo electrónico contacto@finestrablu.com y/o a, Av. Cd. Universitaria 286-1, Jardines del Pedregal, Álvaro Obregón, 01900, CDMX, (el “Comunicado”).
6.4 El Comunicado deberá contener y acompañar lo siguiente: (i) nombre del Titular y en su caso de su representante legal, y domicilio u otro medio para comunicarle la respuesta al Comunicado; (ii) los documentos que acrediten la identidad o, en su caso, la representación legal del Titular; (iii) la descripción de los Datos Personales respecto de los que se busca ejercer alguno de los derechos antes mencionados; (iv) cualquier otro elemento o documento que facilite la localización de los Datos Personales; (v) en su caso, las modificaciones a realizarse y aportar la documentación que sustente su petición.
6.5 FINESTRABLU comunicará al Titular, en un plazo máximo de 20 (veinte) días hábiles contados desde la fecha en que recibió la solicitud correspondiente debidamente integrada, la determinación adoptada, a efecto de que, si resulta procedente, se haga efectiva la misma dentro de los 15 (quince) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha en que se comunica la respuesta al Titular. De conformidad con lo establecido en la Ley, los plazos antes referidos podrán ser ampliados una sola vez por un periodo igual, siempre y cuando así lo justifiquen las circunstancias del caso.
El presente Aviso de Privacidad podrá ser modificado mediante un simple aviso por escrito que el Responsable dirija al Titular de los Datos Personales o mediante la publicación de la modificación correspondiente en el Sito FinestraBlu.com con por lo menos 30 (treinta) días naturales de anticipación a la fecha efectiva de la modificación.
